My Observations:
Your idea is a great one with valued examples. The governments are meant to do all of these and more but when they are busy with corruption, how would they see the need to do these.
I believe the children should learn and get involved with other life activities to help them stand even after school. The parents has to see this as an opportunity not a punishment.
