Money is an essential part of life that we can't do without. In order for us to meet our daily needs, money is involved. In this world of ours, money represents status, comfort, security and sometimes everything. In as much as money is important, we shouldn't let money have control over us. We should always try to uphold our dignity, integrity while chasing the paper.
To me, money is a tool, and shouldn't be a master. I strongly believe it is something we should be able to control, not money controlling us. But in the world today, you will hear someone say “I can do anything for money,” Such words really portray dangerous mindset. A mindset where values are sacrificed for temporary gain without thorough thinking. I want to believe that no matter the hardship we face in life, there should always be a boundary we should never cross for money.
But, depending on the situation because I have seen where situations changed someone I knew. Sometimes you would be tempted to cross those lines.
Are there things you will never do to get it no matter how pressured you are to get it?
There are things I will never indulge in to get
money, no matter how bad things might be. Activities like theft, fraud or some sort of sacrifices and rituals. In our world today, many youths are involved in activities like this. Funny enough, they bring quick money without much hustle but it can also ruin lives, create trust issues, and of course there are consequences.
Money will always be here, even we're gone. It is not something worth taking a life for, knowingly or unknowingly. Do your very best and leave the rest.

There are moments I felt tempted. It's something everyone can relate to. There are times in life when we are faced with financial issues. At that time seeing your friends make easy cash might make you feel like you're lagging. There was a time, a friend offered to teach me an illegal means of making money. For some time, I thought about it because I needed money then. But, I made up my mind not to go down that road. Maybe I would have made some cash from it but definitely there will be consequences. Knowing this, helped me stay true to my values.
Why have you chosen not to cross certain line because of money? Use your point as a strong advice to your readers.
There are certain things or activities I won't partake in for money. Money Is everything in the world today, we need money to take care of our problems, but things like conscience, genuine happiness, and respect. Money cannot buy these things .
When you lay the foundations of your life on honesty and integrity, the rewards may take longer, but it's worth it and brings peace of mind at the end.
Don't let desperation make you take decisions you will later regret in life. Yes, there will be difficult times but also know it's just a phase and it will surely pass. Struggling with dignity is a better option than succeeding in an illegal way that might not end well. No amount of money is valuable than your reputation, name and values.
Money is important, but it is not everything.
There are lines that we shouldn't cross for money, no matter the situation. It's always worth it in the end staying true to your principles and values as a man.
