Steem4nigeria Accelerator Contest Week 119: My Plans for Steemit Next Year

Steemit is a nice platform that has made so many millionaires. Having a plan is a good thing because we all want the progress and growth of the platform.
My plans for next year are not far-fetched; I have outlined a few achievable plans for next year.

How was 2025 to you on Steemit?

In all I give God the glory. In 2025 on Steemit I learned to save more than to transfer. This year taught me how to build for rainy days. Since the price of Steem decreased, I have not been able to do any tangible thing for myself. But then I'm happy that I am accumulating the Steem now.

What 2 things discouraged you from writing and how did you overcome it? Have you overcome it or yet to?

There are things I found discouraging on Steemit that made me pause from writing

• Bad phone: My phone is faulty, making it difficult for me to write regularly. I'm someone that likes taking pictures, but due to the bad phone, I can't snap unless I beg someone to help me out.
• Steem price. It's no longer news how bad the market has been since this year; our prayers every day are for the Steem price to increase a bit.For my phone I'm yet to get a new phone; I am still managing the one I have, and for the Steem price, I encouraged myself to keep blogging, as I will save this period.

What 5 things have you learnt on Steemit this year? Do you think you need to work on yourself?

I have learned so many things on Steemit

• Steem Atlas location. When the Steem Atlas came, I didn't know how to go about it. I'm always running to my Steemit friends for help, but one day I tried locating one marketplace in my area, and it was successful.

• Making other countries' food. It was my first time making pasta soup, and it was something I would like to be doing frequently because of how nice it was.

• Working on Google Sheets. As a Steemit curator, I was always opportune to meet people with more experience in preparing the Google sheet, but this year I tried learning it myself.

• I learned how to trade on Roqqu. Being a Steemian helped me to learn trading on the Roqqu exchange.

• I have learned to save rather than to transfer. Due to the price of Steem this year, I have learned to save, unlike other years.

What 3 things would you do differently on Steemit next year?

Next year I would like to learn more about playing some games on Steemit. Another thing I will also desire to do differently is becoming a Steem Atlas Ambassador from Nigeria. It's high time I host my learning challenge for other users from other countries to participate. These are my plans on Steemit for next year.

Do you have goals on growing your steem power next year? How do you intend achieving this?

The importance of growing my Steem power cannot be overlooked because without having enough Steem power, I won't be able to have influence to support others. As such, I have planned to do more power-ups in the year 2026. I will maintain my club status and participate in contests and learning challenges.
Finally, I will buy Steem from exchangers.
