What is that one thing you wish you could change in your past?

One thing I wish I could change in my past wasn't paying my mother the last respects during her burial. I regretted not attending my mother's burial which as the first child I would have attended the burial of my mother but I didn't because I was too focused with study without paying attention to things of my family which because of all these people are now seeing me as a bad person.

Why do you wish you could change it? What went wrong?

I wish I could change it because even as I type this my conscience is judging me that I have failed my mother and people are now seeing me as someone who doesn't care for his family which they're seeing me as a bad person. What went wrong was when I was told that my uncles were asking for me to come and give a speech and for me to lead my siblings which at least I would have been there and because of this going to my village I am finding it so difficult.

What lesson did you learn from that experience?

I learned the lesson of being around my loved ones and carrying my people around always. I have learned how to associate myself with family members and with issues surrounding my family showing solidarity is what matters to me the most.

How has that moment shaped the person you are today?

That moment has made me realise the importance of family, it has made me realise that there is nothing more to life than putting a smile on people's faces and there is joy when we make people feel happy which has made me build strong relationships with my family.
