As the society is evolving, the people in it should also brace themselves with the neccessary tools needed to match the change. These tools are those variables that enables the effective run up of a workable society such as acquiring adequate education, gaining of the neccessary skills, self- development and improvement with genuine attitudinal change.

A society itself isn't lonely to make up the expected index stratifying structure. A society comprises of individuals and groups that share common culture, values, norms, made of certain demographic such communities, organisations, family members and members of the social classes. We can accrued certain factors that can shape a society. They are economic, shared culture and beliefs pattern, technology, environment etc.

For a society and individuals to function effectively, there must be a participatory level of development, human capital development, effective policy making and implementation, good governance. A sustainable development with the application of technology for acquiring skills, education and exploring new innovations. The government agencies and the individuals collaborate to formulate a workable framework and strategies for the development to be sustainable.

Let's proceed further by responding to the highlights of the contest:

Do you believe education contributes to societal development? Have you personally witnessed the positive impact of education in your society?

Without mincing words, I am an astute believer in education as a pivot to the development of a given society. When people are having quality education, they would be forced to conform to the current trend by being innovative, productive through gaining the required skills. Thier aspirations would be elevated pegging their ideas in line with the global trends. They will experience progress, advancement and an outstanding result in behavioural change.

Currently, I have witnessed most youths engaged in tech business by creating innovative products of high sellable capacity. Some are in the creative industry making wave with trending social contents which I'm part of it. This move is to enhance self development and leveraging financial independence among the youths a move to contribute to economic growth.

As a member of a society, what do you see as your role in promoting development?

The role is practical simple by getting the required skills, reinforcing and reestablishing a presence whereby I create opportunities for others to learn from me and become a boss by themselves. Additionally, creating an avenue for social responsibility by giving back to my communities using affordable pet project within the capacity.

How has the government contributed to the development of your society?

Well let me reserve my outpouring on this question for the sake of space and not trying to wash our dirty linen outside because I have somewhat to write on this. Our government hasn't tried at all when it comes to developing our society.
There are a lots of rot in the system causing a drastic staggering of development in the society. However, they may have tried their best in highlighting nicest policies and programmes for development yet they lack proper evaluation, monitoring and implementation owing to a grapple snare of corruption.

Do you think artificial intelligence (AI) will lead to societal development in the near future? Please provide detailed explanations.

Somehow but not a surreal. Though AI is neccessary for certain technological innovations and advancement for health, education, tech business itself and the manufacturing industries, I'm not seeing it for society development rather for the destruction of it.

Using AI to take jobs from the individuals making up a society isn't for growth and development since the people are the actual beneficiaries of the development. When people are actively working, their income per capital would increase, standard of living would improve and they would experience progress and have a sense of self fulfilment, would complete their life expectancy. This tangible is what development actually means because the individuals and groups are happy in the society.

AI through it's crazy inventions daily focusing on exploring innovative ways of manufacturing weapons of destruction by testing it's capability would automatically be used by radical political elites to ruin society and as such I'm not buying the idea that AI being a programming machine should replace real humans when it comes to society development, it can only co-exists for enhancement of individual and society development
