RE: SLC-S29/W4-“Thinking and Ideas!| Rethinking the Normal!”

Great article. Nowadays, we only focus on the function of educational institutions as tools for obtaining formal degrees and financial resources, while jobs (success) are not derived from what one learns there. Yes, every university doesn't prepare its students to become workers or future successful individuals after graduation. So, what guarantee can a university have if a diploma isn't a powerful tool for students to find employment?

..and, your article also opened my eyes to this common belief that universities are instruments for activating reason, leading to healthy thinking and minimizing ignorance, Not focusing on work but on freedom and quality of thinking and critical arguments to give birth to the ability "question and provide solutions" not just the ability to accept doctrine.

As you explained, this is a difficult issue to challenge, even though a diploma is "merely proof" that someone attended school! not proof that they possess intellectual ability or skills.

I wish you success, my friend @josepha 🙏

Thank you for your feedback. I think it is the more reason why people should be encourage to pursue skills before going for University education.
