In my opinion, the failure of a business group is a collective failure, not an individual one, because the team morally plays a role in the failure of a business built together.

Failure is the law of cause and effect because the perpetrators don't truly know what's "right." This is also where the proverb comes from: failure is the most expensive lesson, because people don't want to do it a second time. And, from that, we learn a second time, even several times, to achieve success.
