Life they say is not a bed of roses. There are many ups and downs that comes as we navigate the journey of life.

Some times we think our situation is the worse until we speak to other people and hear their own situation. But in all we learn to adjust to life finding better way to be better.

There are other times we felt our lives will end because of the many difficulties we pass through but at the end, we are all still here.

This week, I present to you a contest I have titled How I survived difficult moment. I would want to hear how you scaled through, pushed and made it even when you felt you could not.
