The Importance of Good Habits

Good habits are the small actions that we repeat every day. These actions slowly become part of our personality. A person is known by his or her habits. If we wake up early speak politely respect elders pray on time study regularly and help others these are all good habits. On the other hand laziness telling lies wasting time and being rude are bad habits. Good habits builds our characters and help us becomes betters human beings. One of the most importants good habits is wakings up early. When we wakes up early we feels fresh and actives. We can completed our work on time and plan our day properly. Early rising also gives us time for prayer exercise and breakfast. Another important habit is cleanliness. Clean clothes clean surroundings and personal hygiene protect us from diseases. Clean people are always appreciated in society.

Time managements is also a very important habits. Students who study daily and completed their homework on times usually get good marks. They do not feel stress during exams because they are prepared. In the same way hardworking people achieve success in their lives. Success does not come in one day. It comes through daily effort and discipline. Good habits also improve our relationships. When we speak kindly and respectfully people feel happy with us. Saying “please” “thank you” and “sorry” are small words but they have great value. Helping parents in household work caring for younger siblings and being honest with friends make us loved by everyone.A person with good habits is trusted by others.

Religious habits are also very important in our life. Offering prayers on time reading holy books and remembering Allah give peace to our hearts. They guide us toward the right path and protect us from bad activities. Good habits make our heart pure and our mind strong. Building good habits is not always easy.It needs patience and strong willpower.At first it may feel difficult to change our routine. But if we try daily slowly it becomes normal. For example if we start reading for just 20 minutes every day after some time it becomes our daily routine. We should also avoid bad company because friends influence our habits a lot.

In my opinions good habits are the foundations of a happy and succesful life. They shaped our futures and help us achieved our goals. A person with good habits shines like a brights star in society. So we should started buildings good habits from today and encouraged others to do the same. Small positives changes today can brings big success tomorrows. Thank you for readings my post.
