Explain stress in your own word.

The word stress means to have a physical or mental reaction to the things facing you or when you have a problem which you feel is becoming overwhelming. You start by thinking of this issues and how to solve it and most cases you will become fatigue because of the thought.

So stress makes you think and feel very uncomfortable with yourself and will want that issue or problem to be handled as a matter of urgency so that you can go ahead with other live activities smoothly.

So stress to everyone is something that makes you uncomfortable and doesn't allow you to forge ahead with the activities you are supposed to pursue because of your thought and you won't be able to function effectively unless you are able to settle that single issues.


What is the best way to handle stress?

To manage stress effectively one must take into consideration a list of the most important things he prefers in his life. I will explain here how that can be achieved.

  • Firstly, you must try and identify what exactly is stressing you because without knowing the problem you can't solve it.

  • Most times, you will need to practice meditation as well as relaxation as this helps you to forget all the happens around you and also helps you to fantom solutions with easy.

  • Always priorities your health more than any other thing in life because it is only a healthy person that have the chance to solve issues. So if you have health issues, ensure to treat it first.

  • You can as well voice out your issues to people around as it is commonly said, a problem shared is a problem that is half solved. So tell someone your troubles they may have the solution you seek.


Have you been stressed up before ? What caused it and what did you do.

Yes I have been stressed up before and what caused this stress was my online registration for my Master's programme. During this time myself and a few friends started the process of registration and some of the completed theirs but mine at some point started giving me an error.

Immediately I login to my portal for anything, I will notice that I won't be able to see my details it became a thing of concern to me. I didn't relate the issue to anyone because I was thinking I will be able to solve it. For 2 days I kept struggling and when I noticed that it was impossible to solve it, I reached out to a few colleagues of mine who gave me different recommendation.

When I finally contacted the representative he share an email with me to send my compliant which I did and within 24 hours the issues was resolved. I felt very happy because the thought of missing out was no longer there again.


Do you think stress can solve this life challenges?

Stress doesn't solve any challenge in life instead it increases your challenges. When you are stressed and you have any health issues that stress may trigger it and that becomes another problem to you.

So stress on its own doesn't solve an issue instead it adds to it. For you to be able to solve a Problem what you ought to do is to work on calming down and relaxing your mind so that your brain will think better.


What advise can you give to someone that is under stress right now.

If you are stressed right now and you have the opportunity to be reading through this article at the moment then I want to say a big congratulations to you because you have the opportunity to solve the stress issue you are currently facing.
