Hello dear friends, how are you all? I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah. I am also very well by the grace of Allah. Today I am here with a post about participating in a competition. The contest organized by @ninapenda in the third week of Steemit Challenge Season 29 is, SLC-S29/W3-“Thinking and Ideas!| Seeing Problems Differently!” I am ready to participate in this competition with joy.

The main daily problem in our country is traffic jams. It has a regular impact on our daily lives. Tackling the problem of traffic jams is a very serious problem for our country. Bangladesh is facing various accidents and many losses every day due to traffic jams. Solving this traffic jam from Bangladesh is one of my interests. Traffic jams turn the normal situation in the country into an abnormal one in a very short period of time. Therefore, eliminating traffic jams will be the greatest benefit for our country.
It is important for us to take some steps to solve the traffic jam problem. The width of the roads in our country is very small. This is why cars often come and go on the same road, which causes massive traffic jams. To solve the problem of traffic jams, the width of roads at all levels of the country must be increased. At the same time, a flyover road must be built. There will be an emergency lane on each road where ambulances and vehicles engaged in jury duty will operate.
To solve the problem, metro rail and monorail must be invented. Most of the people in the city are affected by this traffic jam problem in Bangladesh. I am hopeful that our steps will be very useful and effective in solving the traffic jam problem.

This problem of traffic jams is visible to everyone. But it becomes very difficult for us to solve it. There are problems, especially in increasing the width of the road. Many high-rise buildings have been built on both sides of the road, making it possible to increase the width of the road if desired. The country's Ministry of Roads, Bridges and Transport is blindly busy pouring the country's resources into its own pockets. The development work on this road is lagging far behind due to corruption.
Even though the city development authorities see these problems, they are unable to solve many of them. Because they are failing to increase the width of this road by approaching influential people. The construction cost of building flyover roads is very high, due to which the road work cannot be completed according to the annual financial budget. Although this problem of our daily problems is traffic jam. But even if we try to solve it, it is possible to solve it easily. Therefore, I believe that the steps I mentioned can be very effective in solving this traffic jam problem on the road.
| In your opinion, what is the most misunderstood part of this problem? |

Various tenders are passed for road works in our country. When it comes to passing tenders, different people work on different parts of the road. There is no similarity between the work of different people. Due to which road work is disrupted. Especially in road works, work remains unfinished due to misunderstandings on the part of the builder. Many problems are faced in completing road work properly. Engineers hired to build roads, unable to handle the lure of money, use cheap products to build normal roads.
Trying to save money from the budget and completing long work in short days degrades the quality of the road. This causes long-lasting, sustainable roads to disappear in a very short time. The lack of regular reviews by contractors on road work further disrupts the work. To solve the traffic problems on our country's roads, it is necessary to further improve the communication system. But most of the ministry's officials delegate their work to others and remain complacent, which is hindering the resolution of the problem.
| If you could change one mindset related to this issue, what would it be? |

Since I identified this problem, I have thought of a solution for it. I will tighten the conditions for using traffic signals as one of the measures I will take to solve this problem. Signal breaks will be provided at specified intervals to reduce traffic jams on the road. Cars stuck on the road should not remain stationary for more than five minutes. That's why I would sometimes take the initiative to build footbridges instead of zebra crossings on the roads.
With this project, cars could move very easily on the road. The cars on the road continued to move without any traffic signals. Solving this traffic jam problem on the roads will be a great blessing for our country. Therefore, I will be very interested and focused on solving one of the major problems of my country, traffic jams.

Traffic jams is also a problem in my country where on can spend an hour on a short trip that should be just 10 minutes because of traffic. You have written well and I wish you good luck
This post is really very informative and thoughtful. You have described the problem of traffic jams in a very clear manner and have also suggested practical solutions like widening of roads, construction of flyovers and emergency lanes, provision of metro and monorail facilities, and effective system of traffic signals. I also believe that the biggest misconception is that the traffic problem is only the fault of drivers or citizens, even though it is related to administrative failure, mismanagement and lack of infrastructure. If proper planning and transparent management system is established, not only the traffic jams will end but also the daily life of the people will be made easier and safer.
