Hello friends, welcome to the first week of this seasons Engagemnet Contest in Steem4Nigeria community, we are happy to introduce this spectacular contest, we believe you will all participate in this contest and engage with other participants.
Elections In My Country
Tell us the governance type in your country and how effective you think it has been in running the country's affairs.
What are the election methods employed in your country and do you consider them effective? Do you also participate in the Exercise?
Share your recent experience in participating in one. Rate the process- fair, good, or bad.
Would you suggest a method of electing leaders to power? Discuss your method.
Would you prefer other forms of governance different from the one you have already and why?
Rules
Write an article on the subject with at least 300 words and post it in this community.
Endeavor to subscribe to the community and follow our official account @steem4nigeria.
Leave reasonable comments on at least three entries from other participants (ensure you interact greatly with other users).
Use the tags #steem4nigeria-s5w1, #steemexclusive, and club status in the first three tags. Invite at least three of your friends by mentioning them in your comment on this post and at the bottom of your entry.
10 STEEM Power (5, 3, and 2 SP) would be shared between the top 3 winners.
Write quality content to stand out and also to be suitable for support. The contest ends on the 16th of October 2022.

Thanks for the update about a new contest running in the community in season 5 of the engagement challenge. The contest would enable users to share their views on the governance in their country and methods employed to attain positions.
That said, it would foster creativity on the part of users to share better ways they feel elections and governance can be made better in their respective countries. A lot to learn from those entries ahead, some users might turn out to campaign for the introduction of certain governance in their countries in the nearest future, having learned a few things from this contest, who knows?
It's an amazing contest and I will be willing to read many quality entries.
Este concurso es muy bueno ya que cada país tiene su propia forma de elegir a sus gobernantes, veremos a través de cada experiencia particular de cada Steemiants una visión de como se lleva las elecciones en sus países, muy interesante este concurso, desde ya pensando cómo va a ser mi entrada.

This is interesting!!! With the current state of Nigeria governance and election approaching, I believe this is a great discussion to engage in, and I shall fully be intrigued to participate in it.
