Good day everyone, want to use this great opportunity to share with you guys the idea that worth spreading worldwide.

Idea Title-: Community Skill Exchange & Turning Talents into Opportunities.

In our world today, where many people are in search of jobs and opportunities, money, one powerful idea that can improve lives both locally and globally is this: Create a Community Skill Exchange System. With the help of skill exchange system, where people trade skills instead of money.

For example, a graphic designer can design a flyer for a tailor, and in return, the tailor can sew clothes for the designer. A math tutor can teach a student, and the student’s parent who is a farmer can supply farm produce. A peti trader can exchange his Goods for money and in return, he will be able to feed his family and send his or her kids to school or skill works.

Why is this idea important now?

We are living in a time of economic pressure. Were Many young people are unemployed and depressed. Many families are struggling with rising costs of living and high rate of sending there childrens to the university. At the same time, thousands of talents people are lying unused because people are waiting for “capital” before they can start up a particular business.

Why this idea is important now:

• It's Empower Young People
• it's builds strong community
• It encourages Creativity and Innovation in the community
• it Reduces Dependences on money ( physical cash) before the can start up.
• It's Fights Against Unemployment in the community
• It's Reduce the high rate of Individual corruption.

Right now, if one community can bring out, one useful,skillful, exchange equipment that is affordable, and reliable, that can serve both their communities and the world at large, it will reduce, unemployment, high rate of stealing, sexual harassment, etc, all because everyone are busy and useful to their selves and their families without thinking astral.

Who needs to hear this the most:

• The Young People and Students: many of the young ones believe they are broke, mostly for people without skills. But if someone at his/ her prime used his time, he or she will be able to design for people in exchange of money, this is applicable to people that can repair phones, Photography, and Video Editing in exchange of money.
• Small business Owners: Many small business owners believe that the can't earn much with the light capital they are getting from their sales, all because the lake visibility.
• Local Community Leaders: Religious leader and youth leaders, and community leaders can come together to create a strong platform where many younger ones can come together to acquire or to learn more valuable skills. Which can help to structure and supervise it for the fairness.
• Unemployed Individuals: Many unemployed individuals have fold their hands hoping for a better tomorrow without putting up work to show the results. Many have refused to find useful work doing, all because they don't have a skill to offer for an exchange of extra cash.

What Is the First Small Step Someone Can Take?

The steps are simple, firstly listing the skills you have and more you need to acquire. Below are examples;
• Skills I have: Graphic design, social media management, teaching mathematics, Typing, baking etc.
• Skills I Need: Phone Repair, clothes sewing, Haircut service, photography, Video Editing, website setup.
After listing all this, you can talk to 3-6 people in your circle what skill they have in exchange. You can also create a WhatsApp or Facebook group where people can share their skill and another will be able to learn.

Conclusion

The idea worth spreading is this: Your skill is a currency. If communities begin to treat skills as tradable value, poverty reduces, confidence increases, and opportunities multiply. Instead of focusing on what we lack, we focus on what we can offer, Change does not always begin with big money or government policies. Sometimes, it begins with people deciding to exchange value with one another.

One skill. One connection. One exchange at a time. That is an idea worth spreading.
