What’s the name and story behind your signature dish?

The name of the dish I am making is Mix Vegetable Recipe. I really like eating vegetables. So I thought if I use many vegetables and cook them, it would be more fun. This is actually a recipe I made myself. I thought that different vegetables can provide many nutrients. And cooking all the vegetables together makes it more fun to eat. I especially liked it a lot. And my family enjoyed eating this recipe a lot.

How does it reflect both your local roots and global imagination?

The recipe I created reflects both my local roots and my global imagination. Because here I cooked mixed vegetables. Which is actually a home cooking of all time. And which is familiar to everyone and everyone likes to cook using seasonal vegetables. In this case, I felt that it represents the local food culture and roots. Also, I think that by using different types of vegetables, it has been presented in a balanced way. And to me, it seems like a manifestation of creativity. Overall, I liked it a lot.

What makes it stand out from every other dish you’ve made?

I think the food I have prepared is a little different from other dishes. Because I have not only focused on taste but I think I have also focused on creativity. Usually we make mixed vegetables as a home cooking. But I think in this dish I have introduced different types of vegetables so that all the vegetables have different tastes and a nice balance. I think it creates a new experience for me. Also, this dish but I think it creates a global healthy dish while maintaining our local flavor.

If you could serve it to anyone in the world, who would it be and why?

If I could serve this to anyone in the world, I would serve it to my mother. Because my mother always cooks for us. But we never really got the chance to cook for ourselves. In this case, I think there can be no one more special than her. Whom I can cook for with my own hands. I think there can be no greater joy than that. Honestly, this would be a great achievement for me. Sometimes I like to cook for myself. In that case, this would be a great achievement for me.

I am mentioning three friends to participate

@narocky71
@ulfatulrahmah

Thanks everyone
