It takes a reflective mind to understand that life isn't about acting macho and "Abido Shaker".

Somehow, I'm baffled when I see someone condemning another for needing time to heal or rest. It makes me wonder if it's actually the same life I live that they are living. Abi, is there a master, premium life elsewhere that I'm not aware of?

Growing up has made me appreciate my parents and elderly ones even more. Their ability to put up a strong front even when faced with uncertainty amazes me. Oftentimes, I wish they could be open about their feelings by telling me exactly how they feel and how I can help them go through the same.

But it's fine. This post is a mind shifter.
