If you were given full authority for one year in your community or country, what is the first issue you would address?

•If I Had Full Power for One Year in Nigeria, Here's What I Would Do
First Problem to Fix: Jobs for Young People i would focus on youth unemployment because nigeria’s biggest time bomb is youth unemployment, with 42% of young people jobless, this creates crime, frustration, and mass migration, my one year emergency plan would focus on putting 10 million young nigerians to work through three key solutions:

A National Youth Build Program :- We’ll employ 5 million young people in infrastructure projects like road construction, affordable housing, and solar farm installations, they’ll earn wages while rebuilding nigeria.

Free Digital Skills Training :– We’ll launch massive tech hubs in every state to train youths in coding, AI, and digital marketing, graduates will get startup grants to launch their own businesses.

Modern Agriculture Revolution :– We’ll turn rural areas into agribusiness zones with tractors, irrigation, and food processing plants, young farmers will get loans and guaranteed buyers for their crops.
Over 40% of young Nigerians can't find work, no jobs lead to more crime and suffering also working youth help families and grow the economy

Why did you choose this issue over others?
Why This matters Most is that I chose jobs over other problems because:
Safety: Jobless youth sometimes like to join gangs or kidnap for money
Future: Working youth can build better lives and help nigeria develop
Hope: Jobs give people dignity and something to work toward

What is that one difficult decision you would have to make?

The toughest decision would be taking money from politicians' salaries to pay for job programs, many leaders won't like this, but:
One governor's monthly pay could train 500 young people in useful skills
The money saved could build factories and farms to employ thousands

Explaining to Those Who Disagree
To people against this plan, I would say If we don't act now, the problem will keep growing"
"The money we're using comes from everyone's taxes, it should help everyone In one year, you'll see less crime and more businesses opening.

How would you explain this decision to people who disagree with you?

How It Would Work
Short-term: Quick jobs fixing roads and buildings
Middle-term: Training programs for tech and farming skills
Long-term: Factories and companies to keep people employed
Youth unemployment isn’t just an economic issue also it’s Nigeria’s biggest security threat. By putting young people to work, we wouldn’t just change lives; we’d save the nation.

My Final Thought
Giving young people work isn't just kind - it's smart, more workers means more money moving around, which helps everyone, in one year, we could start changing nigeria's future by giving hope to millions who need it most.
