Explain stress in your own word

Stress is a natural emotional response to a perceive threat,problem or pressure it affect a person's mental and emotional well-being. stress can be caused by so many factors such as work, relationship (heartbreak), financial instability, or personal expectations.

What is the best way to handle stress.

To have effective management of stress one needs to put in strategies that you help ease pressure and also improve the well-being of a person if you feel stressed out here are some tips for you:

1. Physical activity: yeah one needs to engage his or herself in regular body exercise and other sports.

2. Nutrition and self care: sometimes na hunger dey cause stress and overthinking sometimes when I feel I need love and I'm being presented with food all those thoughts will varnish 😅💔, that's on a lighter note. Eating balanced diet and staying hydrated will help relieve stress.

3. Socialization: engage with people and make friends that will add value to your life.

4. Healthy sleep: how good sleep and night rest avoid sleeping with heated argument and anger on your mind.

5. Relaxation technique: engage in recreation such as reading and writing or even engaging in sporting activities or even having a warm bath. By following all these tips you will be able to handle stress effectively.

Have you been stressed up before what caused it and what did you do.

A lot of times I feel stressed out recently I was filled with the problem of submitting my four files in school personally I know what I pass through before I was able to submit it finally this is also part of school stress and it is mostly common when you are registering for something or submitting or files or other documents. So I had to calm down and relax myself knowing fully well that when it is my time to submit I will. I believe that if it is not the right time there's always another right time.

Do you think stress can solve this challenges?

Stress for once has never been a solution to a problem instead it will keep on adding to your problems for me stress is only a motivator it makes people take action and find solution to their problems.

Advice for someone under stress.

If you are currently feeling stressed up do not think it is over take actions and break down your task into chunks for easy achievement acknowledge your feelings as well and also you need to seek support nobody knows it all we all need one another to survive, celebrate your achievement no matter how small they may appear to be. Remember stress is a very common experience that people face so by acknowledging you're feeling taking action one can develop resilience to endure life challenges.
