That seems like a very strange and outlandish theory to me.
I am more persuaded by the preponderance of evidence that points to this being about the depopulating of the world primarily through sterilization vaccination (covid 19 vaccinations) and the introduction of a total control grid for those who are left alive, like they have in China.

It's very hard to force people to take vaccinations... I remember the last time they tried to force people to take the vaccinations and there was quite noticeable side-effects... People are not that gullible anymore...
