La verdad que es un tema muy raro, pero de verdad me provoca hablar de este tema; lo que no se si la mayoría de las personas que me siguen saben ¿que es un SHAWARMA?. Si no yo te explico brevemente para que tengas idea de lo que estoy hablando.

Es un plato de la gastronomía del medio oriente en rebanadas finas de carne; en la calles es un plato muy común colocan una tortilla. Originalmente es con carne de cordero dado que la religión del medio de oriente no consumen otro tipo de carne.

Hoy me devore un shamarwa de verdad estaba muy bueno en sabor, pero esta vez fui al lugar donde lo elaboraban y fue porque pase y recordé que ahi una vez hice un pedido y pague el envió; pero no sabia donde estaba ubicado el local. Esta vez me compre un Shawarma mixto traía pollo y carne adicionalmente una salsa rocoto que le daba un toque picantoso.
