Life is Always Uncertain...
It seems that no matter what you think is going to happen, life always throws a curveball and then something else happens, instead.
Last I posted, I was mentioned how it looked like our Steem token was finally showing signs of life, and maybe we were heading in a more positive direction.

That looked good for exactly a couple of days, and then war broke out and the world's attention turned in a different direction, and the financial markets had a new "crisis" to preoccupy itself with.
We make plans, but when we do so, they are generally rooted in the idea that life will progress "under normal conditions."
But maybe "normal conditions" are basically a myth, because there is always something, somewhere that's about to blow up and disrupt that normalcy. Which can only lead to the conclusion that normal actually is a crazy roller coaster ride in which we constantly feel like we're about to fall off a very tall cliff!

I have been avoiding watching the news for a while because it mostly just makes me angry at the seeming small-mindedness of most of the world. On the other hand, it's nice to be just a little bit informed about the state of the world.
Anyway, not going to speculate too much on any of all this. Cats prefer napping in the sun... or being like "Gamercat" and playing a few games online.
Wonder if I wond anything during the most recent season of the "Steem Heights" game?

And I always watch and read the news. I expect that everything will change in the world, people will become more peaceful, and countries will establish mutually beneficial relations. But lately, the situation has become increasingly tense. That's putting it mildly. More and more countries are bombing each other ((The news is not pleasant. We all need to find something positive and appreciate what we still have, appreciate every day, every smile. Good luck!
Seems more like it's getting worse and hate increases. I hear more and more say that it's fine with them if people are wiped away. I assume that the the bomb (mentioned in a Dutch song in the 80s) where they said it would never fall be soon be dropped. I agree with you that we can make the best out of our lives and if we do so it might create a domino effect.

There are always wars, it's just that they don't always get noticed. It just depends on what's in the news. At the moment, at least, the provoked wars are not playing a role, the Epstein files, the Covid-19 trials, the introduction of the digital currency, and so on. Only Iraq still counts, and that also distracts attention from the crimes of Israel, which can't wait to drop the atomic bomb. And that's the promised people.
Welcome back.
