Our goal is to repair it and leave it completely new. What we did first was prepare to run the sander

So now we sand with the sander, so we make sure to leave the surface with a completely uniform sanding

Now we apply putty to the defects that were after passing the sander

Now we just have to wait for the putty to dry before we can sand

After several several minutes we sand the putty and correct the small details that remained

Now again we have to wait for it to dry

When all the putties are sanded, it looks like this

It's time to apply the background to the piece

We leave this product to dry for approximately two hours

It is time to sand the bottom because it is already dry

After several minutes the bottom is fully sanded

It is time to wash the piece to remove all traces of grease or dust. And then put it in the paint booth

Now it is time to cover with paper what we are not going to paint so they do not stain

Ahora es momento de cubrir con papel lo que no vamos a pintar para que no se manchen

How are we going to paint two colors

We cover the color red, to paint white first

Cubrimos el color rojo, para pintar blanco primero

We do not apply white on red because it can bleed

No aplicamos blanco sobre rojo porque puede sangrar

So we apply the white color

We apply several layers to cover the color

Aplicamos varias capas para cubrir el color

Then he waited for it to dry

Now it's time to cover the white color with paper

The idea is not to stain the white color

And now we can apply the color red

We apply several layers to cover the color

There is always a margin of error. In this case the red paint passed a little. But that solves very quickly

After having covered both colors the moment to apply the varnish

Now this is the result of the piece completely painted

Now we only have to wait a period of 15 hours for the varnish to dry

The next day we take it out in the sun to finish curing the l varnish by temperature
