This is the my story of my life where I tell you the reason why I had to emigrate from my country on April 29, 3 years ago

Esta es la historia de mi vida en la que les cuento la razón por la que tuve que emigrar de mi país el 29 de abril, hace 3 años

At that time the situation in the country was complicated, I remember well that I worked in a company and my salary was not enough to cover expenses, I looked for other alternatives and discovered a platform similar to this one, where I could receive small rewards in btc. And it was kind of funny that the extra income alternative I had became my permanent job for around 1.5 years

En ese momento la situación en el país era complicada, recuerdo bien que trabajaba en una empresa y que mi salario no era suficiente para cubrir los gastos, busqué otras alternativas y descubrí una plataforma similar a esta, donde podía recibir pequeñas recompensas en btc. Y fue algo gracioso que la alternativa de ingreso extra se había convertido en mi trabajo permanente por alrededor de 1.5 años

At that moment in my life I thought that everything was improving and that I could continue like this for much longer, because it was something that in one week generated 2 basic wages for me, this because the currency of my country was very devalued. And not satisfied with that, I kept looking for different jobs to help as much as possible at home with expenses and to pay for my university

En ese momento de mi vida pensé que todo estaba mejorando y que podía continuar así por mucho más tiempo, porque era algo que en una semana me generó 2 salarios básicos, esto porque la moneda de mi país estaba muy devaluada. Y no satisfecho con eso, seguí buscando diferentes trabajos para ayudar lo más posible en casa con los gastos y para pagar mi universidad

Although on many occasions it did not matter how much money I could generate per month. It just wasn't enough and in some cases it didn't matter if I had the money because there was no food to buy

Aunque en muchas ocasiones no importó cuánto dinero podría generar por mes. Simplemente no era suficiente y en algunos casos no importaba si tenía el dinero porque no había comida para comprar

Until one day I was lying in my bed and I kept thinking about my future and asked myself:

How much longer can I continue to generate this money? And that was something that seriously worried me because, even if it helped me pay for various things, I knew that the situation in the country would continue to worsen each time and that the platform would not last long

Hasta que un día estaba acostado en mi cama y seguí pensando en mi futuro y me pregunté: ¿Cuánto tiempo más puedo seguir generando este dinero? Y eso fue algo que me preocupó seriamente porque, incluso si me ayudó a pagar varias cosas, sabía que la situación en el país continuaría empeorando cada vez y que la plataforma no duraría mucho

For this reason, I had to look for alternatives outside my country, because there was no point in working for a salary if it was not enough for me. I still remember the day when I had to make the decision to leave the country where I was born and had lived for 23 years, where I have all my family

Por esta razón, tuve que buscar alternativas fuera de mi país, porque no tenía sentido trabajar por un salario si no era suficiente para mí. Todavía recuerdo el día en que tuve que tomar la decisión de abandonar el país donde nací y había vivido durante 23 años, donde tengo a toda mi familia

So take the savings you had and look for possible countries you could migrate to. One of the options was Ecuador because it had a dollarized economy

Así que tome los ahorros que tenía y busque posibles países a los que podría migrar. Una de las opciones era Ecuador porque tenía una economía dolarizada

Talk to a friend who had the same goal as me, and we decided to buy an air ticket to Ecuador. Now was the time to tell my entire family the decision I had made. It was a decision that I could not consult because I knew that they were going to oppose it, but it was something necessary to be able to get a job that would allow me to continue contributing to the house

Hable con un amigo que tenía el mismo objetivo que yo y decidimos comprar un boleto aéreo a Ecuador. Ahora era el momento de decirle a toda mi familia la decisión que había tomado. Fue una decisión que no pude consultar porque sabía que iban a oponerse, pero era algo necesario para poder conseguir un trabajo que me permitiera seguir contribuyendo a la casa

The day before the flight I couldn't sleep and I spent the night talking to my family and my mother. When 4 am came, it was time to say goodbye to the whole family

El día antes del vuelo no pude dormir y pasé la noche hablando con mi familia y mi madre. Cuando llegaron las 4 am, era hora de decir adiós a toda la familia

The flight left at 3 pm but the airport was 3 hours away, for that reason I had to leave at 5am to arrive at 10am, since I was required to be 5 hours early

El vuelo salió a las 3 pm pero el aeropuerto estaba a 3 horas de distancia, por esa razón tuve que salir a las 5 am para llegar a las 10 am, ya que tenía que llegar 5 horas antes

That day my mother and my older sister accompanied me to the airport, unfortunately not everyone was able to go, because there was no space in the car. While we were there we were able to share a meal in the cafeteria and when it was time to go to the waiting room, I hugged them and said goodbye, I showed them a lot of security so they did not worry, and we took a photo that for me is very important

Ese día mi madre y mi hermana mayor me acompañaron al aeropuerto, desafortunadamente no todos pudieron ir, porque no había espacio en el automóvil. Mientras estuvimos allí pudimos compartir una comida en la cafetería y cuando llegó el momento de ir a la sala de espera, los abracé y les dije adiós, les mostré mucha seguridad para que no se preocuparan, y tomamos un foto que para mi es muy importante

After several hours of waiting, the plane finally arrived. It came just in time and I was finally able to board

Después de varias horas de espera, el avión finalmente llegó. Llegó justo a tiempo y finalmente pude abordar

Within a few hours we arrived in Ecuador, specifically the city of Quito, and a friend who already had time in the country met us at the airport and took us where he lived. We arrived and went to bed to sleep, the next day was Sunday we left the house to walk

A las pocas horas llegamos a Ecuador, específicamente a la ciudad de Quito, y un amigo que ya tenía tiempo en el país nos recibió en el aeropuerto y nos llevó a donde vivía. Llegamos y nos acostamos a dormir, al día siguiente era domingo salimos de la casa para caminar

After 3 days I got a job in a sublimating textile factory, this job was very demanding and the working hours were 8 a.m. at 10 p.m. Where I worked 1 month, that was a start to generate good money

Después de 3 días conseguí un trabajo en una fábrica textil de sublimación, este trabajo era muy exigente y el horario de trabajo era de 8 a.m. a 10 p.m. Donde trabajé 1 mes, eso fue un comienzo para generar buen dinero

If it was difficult at the beginning, but after a while I was able to adapt and after several jobs I managed to work in an automotive workshop repairing cars, I have already been there for two years and it is something satisfactory for me. Throughout these 3 years I have learned important life lessons, I grew personally and now I can live in a better way while helping my family

Si al principio fue difícil, pero después de un tiempo pude adaptarme y después de varios trabajos pude trabajar en un taller automotriz reparando autos, ya he estado allí durante dos años y es algo satisfactorio para mí. A lo largo de estos 3 años he aprendido importantes lecciones de vida, crecí personalmente y ahora puedo vivir de una mejor manera mientras ayudo a mi familia

Today I feel good knowing that I made a good decision and that thanks to it I can continue learning something new every day

Hoy me siento bien sabiendo que tomé una buena decisión y que gracias a ella puedo seguir aprendiendo algo nuevo todos los días
