MY Introductory Post
My name is Onaha Ernest Chibuike, a Nigerian and an Igbo man (a tribe in the southeastern region of Nigeria). There are so many things to be said about me, but I will begin by acknowledging the fact that I am a great lover of music. But then, I also love writing. I guess Hive played a big role in helping me realize how much of a writer I am. I love sports too, but I do not play football much any longer, even though it is the most popular sport in this part of the world. I think I now prefer volleyball, which has, over time, become my favorite sport.
I might have been a bit mild about it when I affirmed to be a great lover of music. It is a bit more than that; music is my life. As a matter of fact, my major source of livelihood is music. Aside from being a school music teacher currently teaching in three different schools, I am a choirmaster. I have also had private music students at some point. My love for music has somehow caused me to become a "Jack of all trades," exploring several music genres all at once, but my love for Afro music is simply exceptional.
I am here for one major reason: knowledge. I want to encounter great minds who would help me grow by impacting me greatly, and in turn, I would make a difference. I completely understand the idea of a community, and I consider the Web3 system a virtual community. We all have our roles to play in the community, and it takes everyone playing their roles right to sustain the community. Even in my quest for knowledge, I would never forget to play my own role as a member of this community. I would make sure to support others in whatever little way I can. But most importantly, I would make sure to make a difference.
I am a music content creator, and that implies that I would love to publish more music video content. But I would also wish to publish written posts on lifestyle, personal experiences, technology, and of course, music. I am new and yet to understand how to go about almost everything. Feel free to suggest the best communities that I can be a part of; also feel free to give me general advice on how things work here.
