How to deal with depression and anxiety

Tension or anxiety is intimately linked to human life.It's like the back of a coin.It is difficult nowadays to find human existence without tension.Nowadays it has become a very common thing that many small children are saying that they have a lot of tension because they have many tensions.


The problem or the mental problem is the least we have to think about it but we have to understand first Why the tension is happening and the way to overcome it,and we need to know, we will discuss some of that today,even though it may be big talk in small mouths,I will share with you what is inside me.
I will not be able to finish this task. 'Such thoughts are associated with doubt and uncertainty.Thinking of this nature reduces the enthusiasm or stimulation of the work.If you think like this in your mind,then the confidence goes down.To perform a daunting or difficult task,you can complete the task by dividing the work into smaller parts. Completing a part will build confidence in you,which will encourage you to complete the next part. No matter how small a piece or piece of work is,confidence is key.Instead of thinking 'I'll never get this done,' try to say to the mind,'I'm going to get this little thing done' and when it's done, say, 'I've done it. I can do more."

I will swallow this presentation / project / speech / (or anything else) - it is not good to say such a thing to myself.'People just make mistakes.Just because you can make a mistake,does not mean that you are confusing the whole thing or everything.Instead of blocking your confidence with such negative thoughts, have confidence in yourself.Try not to say to yourself, 'I'm going to break the job','I can make a mistake and it doesn't make sense to worry about it, because I will correct myself and continue my work.Everybody makes mistakes.'
Most people pay close attention to what is happening around them.They engage in national thinking about 'how I feel or what others think of me' and if they do not pay that much attention to them, they feel foolish. Don't think, 'Everyone is fooling me,' and they aren't really focusing on me, thinking, 'Everyone thinks I'm stupid'.
Also we get frustrated for many reasons on the way to life, so we have to find a way to pass it on. Let's say some things to some of you though it may be my word that will help you a lot.
we do many things like:-Attention: Depression is always thought of as wrong and unnecessary. And these negative thoughts are not good for the frustrated. The practice of being attentive helps overcome this problem. Being attentive means keeping yourself focused, focused, touching, surrounded by words, tastes and present. And this is a skill that requires practice. In addition to being associated with yourself, anxiety is relieved.

Listening to music: Another way to overcome frustration is to listen to music. A beautiful and audible melody can quickly change the atmosphere. At the same time creates a positive mindset. Music quickly changes mood and helps to eliminate frustration.
Abandon Negative Talk: A depressed person tends to view and discuss everything in the world negatively. If something goes wrong, they blame themselves. And it is okay, but it is down to luck. Negative thoughts should not be taken lightly by anyone who has little to no feeling. From this point of view, negative discourse must be eliminated to eliminate frustration.
Eliminate confusion: Everyone has to overcome confusion. Because of this confusion many times frustration is created. And it is created by thinking of all the useless things. Your thoughts are your enemy and this is the path to despair. Reading books or puzzle books is a great way to overcome frustration. Because if you have a habit of reading books, all worthless things can be avoided. Keeping yourself too busy will remove frustration.

Regular Exercise: Regular exercise helps to eliminate depression.AndroPins which helps to keep the mind good by releasing exercises. Besides, it is also beneficial for health. In addition, regular expenditure protects the body from various diseases and increases body strength. According to experts, spending half an hour regularly keeps both body and mind well.
Be Social: When you suffer from depression, don't be alone or isolated from others. Because it will increase frustration.You can go outdoors or do some recreational work. The feeling of sadness is often alleviated. Communicate with your friends during this time and it will make a positive impact on your mood.
Keep yourself busy

Keep yourself busy to keep anxiety out of the head.Do something that engages your brain and hands, such as play games or create handicrafts. It is said, "The lazy brain is the devil's factory." This is but true. Depression and anxiety will surround you if you are lazy to do nothing, which is normal. So keep yourself busy with any productive work.


We can also do a lot of work to get rid of our frustrations in the way we live our human lives. In fact, I want to chew everything on myself in such a way that we can put our brains to work.
