My big chocolate cake.
Days ago I commented that my work situation had changed, because of COVID-19, the company had to close and my contract was not renewed. I thought that when I was liquidated, I was going to make a large chocolate cake to close that cycle in the best of the best way and start a new stage with great enthusiasm and optimism.

The ingredients I used were the following:
- 3 cups of wheat flour.
- 3 cups of sugar.
- 3 eggs.
- 3 cup of liquid milk.
- 60 gr of cocoa.
- 1 spoon of vanilla.
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

We begin by adding in a large container, the flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa and stir.

Add the egg yolks, milk, vanilla and mix until all the ingredients are integrated.

We beat the white of the eggs until reaching the point of snow and add it to the mixture, beat again.

Subsequently, we add the mixture to our previously greased and floured tray, and take it to the oven for 50 minutes at 170 °C.

While the cake is baking, we proceed to make the chocolate to add to the cake. For this we liquefy:
1 cup of water.
3 tablespoons of milk.
3 tablespoons of sugar.
20 gr of cocoa.
Later we will take it to fire and when it begins to thicken, turn off the fire and let it rest.

After the time, we remove the cake from the oven and place it on a tray, let it cool and then add the chocolate and the chocolate rain.
