Pie with apples and cherries

piecrust | 1 pack |
apple | 1kg |
cherry | 1kg |
sugar | 2 spoons |
cinnamon | 1spoon |
grits | 1 spoon |
The first thing to do is chop an apple and peel the cherries from the bones. In my case, the cherries were iced so I had to thaw them first.
The next step is to stretch the pie crust and coat it with oil.
Then you arrange the ingredients in order. Put the chopped apple first and arrange it nicely.
Next is sprinkling sugar over the apple. I put 2 spoons.
Over the sugar, semolina is put. Semolina is put on because it will absorb excess fluid and will drink to give a very nice and interesting taste.
And over it, all cinnamon is put in to drink that has a nice aroma.
Roll the pie and place it on a previously greased pan.
The process is the same with cherries.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
