So friends I have heard a lot of people gaining weight this lockdown since the gyms are closed and people are not stepping out to walk or jog. But at the same time, we are eating more just to pass our time and get out of boredom. Let’s not do that guys. Let’s exercise, do yoga and meditate at home to stay safe and healthy.
