I wish you all a very happy day. I'm going to share with you in this article my Food Diary Game on March 18th. I invite you to watch it and I will start writing the article now.

Breakfast

For breakfast I added it to the rolls with a cup of milk that day. The mixed curry inside the rolls was a bit spicy so I coated the sauce with a ketchup packet on the surface. It had a very sweet taste.

Lunch

For lunch I prepared sprats, coconut sambal, and potato curry with rice that day. The food I prepared for lunch that day was the one that gave our body the least amount of raw material and the most nutrients. Among them were nutritional properties such as calcium, protein and carbohydrates.

Due to the dry weather in our area these days, I prepared a drink to keep my body cool. That's it. It is a very healthy drink with a very ancient taste.

Dinner

For dinner that day I ate rotty made from Kurakkan flour. With that I made a Maldive fish sambal to eat. From time immemorial in Kurakkan our people have been preparing delicious food. They are very nutritious so they get the energy they need from food.
