My freshly hunt sea orchin

Hello food lovers! Good day to you all, i just want to share this food that i have eaten this morning it is called sea orchin, i know some of you do'nt know what it taste like and i am here to share this dilicious food. I do'nt know if it is exotic or not , you decide.

I woke up early in the morning just to hunt some sea orchin but before that lemme show you this beautiful view this photo was taken 6:30 in the morning.

Hunting sea orchin is very easy you just go to the shore and pick it up using gloves to protect your hand from its spine, just choose the big ones for it has bigger in the inside.

And after hunting some of it let me show you the process on preparing this food.
First you just slice it a little from top like this

Wash that black thing inside of it until it looks like this, That yellow thing is delicious

After That lets prepare our vinegar with a little spices. First you need a tomato, onion, spring onion and a little bit of chilli.

And lets Add some vinegar ofcourse. Yumm!

I know some of you dont know how to eat this thing and ita okay, let me show you how first you just a tea spoon so that it will fit to its hole and scope it like this

In this photo i used back of the spoon cause i dont find any teaspoon here. lol!
After that put some vinegar into it and tadaaa put that straight in your mouth and feel that arom.yum!
