Hope everyone is fine here. I liked this community very much because of its theme. I love to eat and I am a foodie. I love to eat different types of food items and new type items that I never eat before.

Ready to Eat Phuchka

This is the reason I have joined here. I'm sharing my phuchka party that we ate at home two days back. This is a homemade item. It is available in the market but we make it at home.

Ready to Eat Phuchka

Items needed to make it:

  • Pulses
  • Salt
  • Turmeric
  • Oil
  • Pepper
  • Chilli
  • Potato
  • Tamarind
  • Onion

Homemade Sour

First, boil the pulses. mixed with salt, oil, and. And boil and a small amount of turmeric powder, spice powder.

Pulses Mix

Boil the potatoes and mix them with the pulses. This mix should give the same amount of salt. Mix the mashed potatoes and pulses with onion and chili.

Ready to Eat Phuchka

  • Making phuchka sour with tamarind.

  • It should be soaked in water for a while.

  • Dried chilies should be dried and powdered.

  • Soak in salt and sugar to make sour.

  • Buy packaged Phukka

  • Fried in oil

  • Served with phuchka pulses and pickles.

This is so delicious that you can't wait to eat it. Every age people love in our country. Don't know what it called in other countries, or Whether it is available or not.
