Hallo dear steemians.

This plant's Latin name is Limnocharis flava. In swamp areas we often encounter it because this plant is a plant in shallow water

How to process this vegetable is very easy, doesn't need a lot of spices. The most important to process it is, the first step we need to sprinkle salt and pressed the bitter water inside.

For my recipe, i just need shallot, garlic, Chilli, tomato, oyster sauce and for additional we can add shrimp. Cut the ingredients into small pieces and stir fry until the texture get wilted.

To stir fry this vegetable doesn't need much oil and just cook it for 3 minute. If you like shrimp paste, you can add for the aromatic.

After cook it for 3 minute, we can turn off the stove and serve it for your beloved family.
