Hello everyone, today I would like to share with you the recipe for making fish balls (substation of meatball). Actually, it is very simple, practical, and easy to prepare, but most importantly it is healthier than the one available in the market because it is free from borax, msg, and other chemical things. Fish meatball is one of my favorite dishes, the shape is round with a savory taste. The main ingredients of this dish are fish and tapioca flour. Fish balls are perfect to be enjoyed at any moment, anytime and anywhere. Fish balls can be improvised into a more delicious snack by frying them or eating them with gravy.
Fish-based dishes contain lots of protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, omega 3, omega 6, and omega 9 which are beneficial for the human body. Eating fish can reduce the risk of having a heart attack and lower cholesterol levels in the blood. Besides, eating fish-based foods can improve cognitive abilities and prevent premature aging.

INGREDIENT
- 200 grams of fish flesh (the best is grouper)
- 150 grams of tapioca flour
- An egg
- 5 cloves of garlic
- Pepper
- Salt
