Guava Marmalade
Today I am going to share with you a recipe that is very simple to prepare and very delicious, ideal for snack time. Today we will prepare a guava marmalade, for which we will only need 3 basic ingredients.
Guava is a delicious fruit and provides many health benefits, it is antioxidant, rich in vitamin C, reduces cholesterol, improves digestion, is antidiarrheal and also promotes weight loss, so my friends it is time to incorporate guavas into the diet.

Preparation
To begin with, we wash the guavas very well, and cut them into pieces.
Then we put the pieces of guava in a pot and add 350 ml of water. This will take you to the fire for about 15 minutes. (If you like, you can add a cinnamon stick to perfume the preparation).
After 15 or 20 minutes, we must blend and strain the guavas to remove the seeds.
Once this is done, we put the guava pulp back in the pot to continue with the preparation of the marmalade. To do this, we add the sugar and the juice of two lemons.
Now we take the mixture back to the fire, without stopping beating at any time to avoid being burned. You must be very careful not to burn yourself because the preparation will start to bubble at high temperatures.
You will know that the marmalade is already in its point, when after 30 minutes when passing the mixer through the bottom of the pot, you can see it with a consistency like this:
Finally, we remove the jam from the fire and serve it still hot in sterilized glass containers. We let it cool down and keep it in the refrigerator.
Excelente receta, me encanta la p´resentación y las fotografías del paso a paso. Antes solia hacer mucho esta receta pues en la casa de mi mamá había un árblo de guayabas... luego que me mude casi no las veo con la misma frecuencia pero simpre recuerdo y me encanta su sabor.

Yes, I love the aroma of cinnamon and the guava marmalade goes very well with it. I really like this jam, especially for the mid-afternoon snack.
