My Favourite :- Veg Soyabean Curry

Hello my lovely foodie Steemians 😊,How are you all ?
So, after a long gap ,I came back once again to share my favourite veg recipe . This recipe is very yummy and tasty 😋 . And easy to cook .my mummy cook this recipe on Saturday in every week.

Let's have a look guys, today I'm sharing my favourite :- Soyabean Veg Curry Recipe

So,let's start .

Ingredients :-

1.Soya chunk - 2cup
2.Potato - 4pc medium size
3.Tomato - 2pc
4.Green chilli - 7pc
5.Chopped Ginger- 2tbsp
6.Cumin seeds - 1tsp
7.Salt
8.Haldi or Turmaric powder
9.Bay leaves
10.Cumin paste
11.Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
12.Garam Masala Paste or powder
13.Water
14.Oil
15.Panch Foron 1tsp ( mix of Fenugreek seed, nigella seed, cumin seed, black mustard seed and fennel seed)

So, first of all take 2cup soya chunk . Now on the gass. boil 3 cup water. Off the gass.

take hot water. Soak the soyabeans in hot water for 15 minutes.

Now cut 4medium size potato.cut 2 pc tomato and 7 green Chilli

On the gass . Heat a kadai or pan . Then pour 1 cup oil . Heat the oil.

Now pour the potato pieces
Add 1tsp salt
1tsp Turmaric powder
and lightly fry them.

Tranfer the lightly fried potatoes in a plate.

Now Remove all the soybeans from the hot water .

Discard extra water.

You will see that the soybeans have softened and swelled.

Now tranfer the soya beans in the kadai Where is already hot oil.
Fry the soya beans lightly with 1tsp salt and 1tsp Turmaric powder.

Fried soyabeans and potatoes

Pour 1/2 cup oil in the kadai. Add cumin seeds, green chillies, bay leaves and ginger . Add Panch Foron .

Fry all the ingredients 1min.

Add chopped tomatoes ,you can use tomato paste also

Fry again for 5 mins

Add 1tbsp salt and 1tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder.

Add all fried potatoes and soyabeans. Mix with all mashala and low the flame .
Cover the kadai for 5min

Now , add water 4cup , if you want to make the curry Thin ,add more water .
Cover the kadai.
Now boil the curry for 10mins.

After 10 min , take a potato piece from the curry .and check .

Add 1 tbsp suger and 1/2 tbsp Garam masala paste.

Mix it.

Now , the curry is ready to serve.
