Hi! food crazy people how are you all i'm fine i came in front of you today with interesting food recipe this is hilsa recipe.
Hilsa is the king of fish. And the number of people who do not have water in their pockets when they hear about this fish is very low. There are some recipes that will not be lost in anything, one such dish is mustard hilsa. It is a favorite food of everyone in the family.
Here is a simple recipe for making mustard hilsa for your convenience:
Materials:
Hilsa fish - 10 pieces
Mustard paste - 1/4 cup
Onion paste - 1/3 cup
Garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger paste - 1/2 teaspoon
Mustard oil - 1/2 cup
Green pepper bata- 1. 1/2 teaspoon
10/12 whole green chillies
1 teaspoon of turmeric
Salt- to taste
Preparation:
First take the oil in a frying pan. Once the oil is hot, you have to add onion paste in it. When the onion starts turning brown, add ginger paste, garlic paste, chilli and turmeric powder and fry one by one with a little water. Now you have to add mustard paste, salt and water for a while. Once it is cooked, you have to put the fish on the spices. Now you have to cook on low heat with a little water. The fish should be boiled and covered with raw chillies. When the water dries and the oil rises, take it down and serve hot .
Serve:
Serve hot with whole red and green chillies (or as desired) with hot white rice.
PS:
Adding raw chillies and a little salt to the mustard butter will not make it bitter after.
