INGREDIENTS :
BAWANG (Dice)
SIBUYAS (SLICE)
Cooking oil
Pork meat
Soy sauce
Paminta
Vinegar
Paitan (Siling Mahaba)

Steps:

  1. Heat the cooking oil
  2. Fried and Mix sibuyas and Bawang in the hot oil.
  3. Add the pork meat and let it fried until golden brown in Low Fire.
  4. Add water and Soy sauce mixture to the frying pan.
  5. Let it boil and mix until the meat change its color.
  6. Add the vinegar and Paitan and let it boil for 5 minutes.
  7. Spread the Paminta and close the lid.
  8. Wait it to boiled by its sauce for 5 minutes.
  9. Eat and Enjoy.
