Crispy Vegetable Puffs
I'm Jyoti from India, today I'm going to give you a recipe for crispy snacks Vegetable Puffs with a microwave oven.

🍅 Channa Dal
🍅 Turmeric Powder
🍅 Green Chillies
🍅 Curry Leaves
🍅 Mustard Seeds
🍅 Cummin Seeds
🍅 Edible Oil
Take some potatoes, wash them and boil with water, after boiling those potatoes peel them off, and keep them aside. Chope the onions, chillies and curry leaves and keep them aside.
Take a Kadai to pour some Oil, add some mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped onions, chillies, and curry leaves and fry them well.
Take the frozen green peas wash and add into the Kadai and fry with the gradients and leave it 2 minutes in the low flame. Take the peeled potatoes, make them mass and put them into the Kadai and mix them with the gradients well and keep it aside.
Take the maida flour add a spoon of butter, add some salt and add some water, mix with them and make it dough.
Take the dough and make round Rotis about 5 inches wide.
Apply butter on the roti and add a spoon of potato mix and fold the roti and lock it by sticking the edges and apply more butte on its outer surface, make 10 pieces like this.
Preheat the microwave oven for 2 minutes and align the piece on the grill rack and set 180-degree heat on the convection option for 20 minutes and press start.
After done cooking, take out the CRISPY VEGETABLE PUFFS and serve them with tomato sauce.
