Happy mothers day to all steemian mothers around the world especially to the steemfoods community. Hope that everyone celebrated the day full of happiness together with the family. Today I will participate in the Steemit Engagement Challenge 2 contest in the community with the topic of "Who is your favorite chef in your family.

I start to cook some recipes during my teenage days. During my college days, I stayed at my Aunt's house. She teaches me how to cook some recipes. Staying at my aunt's house, I must cook our breakfast and dinner menu for their family. So learn slowly cooking until I learn it.

Now with the help of Steemit, I learn more about some recipes that I can serve to my family. I'm always interested to cook different kinds of recipes especially when there is an occasion in the family. I'm always the one assigned to cook some recipe that I learned. The taste of the food I cook is tastier. Every time that the steemfoods community has a cooking contest I always participate because I want to show my cooking talent to the whole community or around the world. Here is the new recipe that I have prepared for steemfoods

My Killer Sprite Adobo Recipe

Ingredients
1 kilo of pork cubes
1 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup of vinegar
Magic sarap seasonings
1 red onion
4 cloves of garlic
Oil
Salt
500 ml sprite soft drinks.
1 egg

Cooking Procedure

Step 1: Prepare the cooking pot on the fire. Then add oil or vegetable oil to the heat pot.

Step 2: Pour the garlic and onions into the heat pot. Then pour the 1 kilo of pork and mix it.

Wait for a few minutes

Step 3: Add the magic Sarap seasonings and soy sauce. Then mix it. Wait for a minute when it started to boil.

Step 4: Pour the vinegar into the mixture and Pour the 500 ml sprite then mixed. Let it boil for about 30 minutes. Taste the pork if it is already smooth.

Step 5: When the taste is okay. Now you can serve that to your family.

As a chef in the family, I make sure that the taste of the foods I cook is okay for the whole family. This pork adobo I prepare is the most favorable to my nephews and niece. They eat too much rice if I prepare this recipe.

Te felicito. La receta e incluso todas las comidas que presentas tiene estilo y al parecer con buen sazon. Buenas imagenes y la forma como describes el articulo es muy bueno.

Gracias por compartir esta publicación y cocinar en leña es la mejor opcion que hay porque la comida adqyier eun sabor particular y mas sabroso.
