Good afternoon dear friends of @steemitfoods, here I bring you a new recipe for a lunch. A delicious meat with onion and rice and a slice, in my case it was the lunch I made for my mother today on Women's Day, March 8. Hope you like.

INGREDIENTES

Bistec de Carne
Cebollas
Tomates
Ajos
Pimentón
Plátano
Repollo
Zanahoria
Perejil
Arroz
Salsa de Soya
Mostaza
Sal
Pimienta

INGREDIENTS

PREPARACIÓN DE LA CARNE

PREPARATION OF THE MEAT

Primero cortamos los tomates, cebolla, pimentón

First we cut the tomatoes, onion, paprika

Ponemos a calentar un poco de aceite con ajo, para luego colocar la cebolla, tomate y pimentón.

We heat a little oil with garlic, then place the onion, tomato and paprika.

Preparamos la carne con la salsa de soya, mostaza y sal.

We prepare the meat with the soy sauce, mustard and salt.

Colocamos la carne en el sartén

We place the meat in the pan

Les quedará así.

It will look like this.

PREPARACIÓN DE LA ENSALADA

PREPARATION OF THE SALAD

Cortamos el repollo, luego lo colocamos en un envase con agua y un poco de vinagre.

We cut the cabbage, then we place it in a container with water and a little vinegar.

Le rayamos un poco de zanahoria, cortamos un poco de tomate, cebolla. Le colocamos mayonesa, sal y mostaza.

We scratch a little carrot, cut a little tomato, onion. We add mayonnaise, salt and mustard.

Mezclamos y por último colocamos un poco de perejil para dar un toque.

Mix and finally add a little parsley to add a touch.

PREPARACIÓN DEL ARROZ Y TAJADA

PREPARATION OF RICE AND SLICE

Colocamos una taza de arroz, dos de agua y media cucharada de sal a hervir. (Yo le coloqué un ají y cebolla)

We put a cup of rice, two of water and half a tablespoon of salt to boil. (I put a chili pepper and onion)

Hasta que se seque el agua y quedará así.

Until the water dries up and it will stay that way.

Cortamos el plátano y lo colocamos en el aceite caliente

We cut the banana and place it in the hot oil

Tiene que quedar así.

It has to stay that way.

Por último armamos el plato y a comer :)

Finally we put together the plate and eat :)
