SOPA DE PESCADO / FISH SOUP

Hola amigos de @steemfoods, me quiero presentar en esta comunidad, mi nombre es Luisana, soy venezolana de profesión medico nefrologo, y soy nueva incursionando en esta red social.

Soy de una isla que se llama Margarita que queda en el mar caribe venezolano, y como es típico en una región insular comemos sopa de pescado o hervido de pescado como se conoce en otros lugares.

Ayer fue el día internacional de la familia y lo celebramos comiendo una deliciosa sopa de pescado, en este caso se utilizo un pescado que llamamos aquí en mi tierra Carite Sierra y otro se llama Anchoa; los que han preparado sopa de pescado saben que es muy fácil de elaborar, solo lleva algunas verduras o tubérculos y para sazonar ají y cebolla, el toque de sal y listo queda muy deliciosa, así quedo nuestra sopita.

I am from an island called Margarita that is in the Venezuelan Caribbean Sea, and as is typical in an insular region we eat fish soup or boiled fish as it is known in other places.

Yesterday was International Family Day and we celebrated it by eating a delicious fish soup, in this case we used a fish that we call here in my land Carite Sierra and another is called Anchoa; Those who have prepared fish soup know that it is very easy to prepare, it only takes some vegetables or tubers and to season chili and onion, the touch of salt and that's it, it is very delicious, so it is our soup.

La cocción es relativamente rápida, ya en aproximadamente 20 minutos, lo mas importante es que se ablanden las verduras ya con los aliños y lo ultimo que se le agrega es el pescado y un punto de sal, hay quienes les gusta echarle un toque de limón y hay personas que no, pero particularmente con limón me gusta mas.

The cooking is relatively fast, in about 20 minutes, the most important thing is that the vegetables are softened with the seasonings and the last thing that is added is the fish and a point of salt, there are those who like to add a touch of lemon and there are people who don't, but I like it better with lemon.
