STEEMFOODS || PORK CUTLET WITH CURRY
Good day steemfoods family and to all steemians all over the world. How are you all? Hope you're doing good and healthy.
Let me share with you this recipe of mine. A recipe that I rarely serve in our table. A recipe that rarely be tasted by my family.
I have my curry paste that my brother-in-law gave me and since I have also pork meat, I came up with this recipe. The Pork Cutlet with Curry.
"INGREDIENTS"
For Pork Cutlet:
- boneless pork meat
- black pepper
- garlic powder
- iodized salt
- cheese
- flour
- eggs
- bread crumbs
- oil
For Curry:
- potatoes
- carrots
- red bell pepper
- onion
- curry paste
- water
- oil
"PREPARATION"
Cut a slit through the center of the pork meat.
Season the pork meat with salt, garlic powder and black pepper on both sides.
Place the cheese in the center slit of the pork meat.
(Repeat the process with the remaining pork meat)
"COATING AND DIPPING"
Coat the pork with flour.
Then dip in the egg.
Then coat with bread crumbs evenly.
(Repeat with the rest of the pork)
"FRYING"
Heat oil in a pan.
When heat, put the pork and fry until golden brown.
When it is already golden brown, remove from the pan and drain using paper towel. And set aside.
"COOKING THE CURRY"
In another pan, put a little amount of oil and heat.
Saute the onion.
Add the potatoes, carrots and the red bell pepper. And mix.
Add water, cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, add the curry paste. Mix until dissolve.
Cover and cook for about 5-8 minutes. Then set aside.
Slice the pork cutlet.
- Pour curry on half part top of the pork cutlet.
- Then serve.
Enjoy!
