Hello my Steemfoods Family!


How are you? I hope you are fine. Today I will be sharing with you what I ate all day. I try to pay attention to my diet and eat as healthy as possible. In my articles, I always mention that I love sweets, Dessert is my biggest weakness, but I know that sugar is incredibly harmful! I started to reduce my sweet consumption gradually. Every day I eat less and try to replace it with healthy desserts. I am researching recipes and discovering new products. It is very motivating to write my routine here. Then let's take a look at what I ate all day!

MORNING


Since breakfast is my favorite meal, I also enjoy breakfast times. I generally like to make desserts, pancakes, Nutella etc. But now I have taken Nutella out of my life. I don't buy Nutella at home anymore, even if it's hard because it's incredibly high in calories! Instead, this is how I prepare a nice, healthy breakfast plate with vegetables.

I also eat rosehip marmalade for dessert. I bought it from the market, but I usually bring organic from the village, it tastes better. But since the people coming from the village were finished, I bought it from the obligatory market. It is both healthy and very tasty. This is my Nutella! 🙆‍♀️

AFTERNOON


I finished my work outside and came home and needed energy because I was very tired. Therefore, the croissant is accompanied by coconut.I passed my snack with a hot coffee. It was enough for me to regain my energy.

EVENING


I prepared a very satisfying and healthy plate for the evening. I made Chicken Salad, I sliced ​​extra cheddar cheese inside. I made a nice sauce on it and mixed it and it was incredibly delicious. Into the sauce;

I mixed 1 spoon of yogurt, 1 spoon of mustard, a little olive oil and lemon. Finally, I added the salt. Be sure to try this ending, you won't regret it!

I'm happy to spend the day eating lightly. I felt lighter and more comfortable. I feel better when I eat less.
