Steemfoods: Ginisang Pusit || Sauted Squid

Hello to my Steemfoods friends! How are you all doing today? I hope you're doing great. Today I would to share to you my recipe of Ginisang Pusit (Sauteed Squid). This is my first entry here. Hope you will support and welcome me in this awesome community.

This recipe will take a quick 15 to 20 minutes to completely make your own ginisang pusit from start to finish. If you are busy or in a hurry, this ginisang pusit recipe should be handy.

The main ingredient of this recipe is the Squid. Since I am a vendor this squid is fresh from our store.

Anyways, let us continue to our recipe. The Ingredients of this recipe are:

  • Squid cleaned and sliced
  • Soy Sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Oil
  • Seasoning (Magic Sarap and Vetsin)

The Cooking Process:

  • Clean and slice the squid as well as the the onion, garlic and cayenne pepper

  • Heat the cooking oil in the sauté pan and saute the onion garlic and cayenne pepper

  • Once the onion gets soft, add the squid and mix. Cook for 2 minutes.

  • Put-in the soy sauce, vinegar and water. Stir and continue to cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

  • Add the magic sarap and the vetsin. Adjust the taste by adding more soy sauce, only if needed.

  • Continue to cook for about 2 minutes and it is ready to serve.

Nice recipe.. if possible, please refrain from mentioning steemcurator01/02 or booming in your post as they have informed us that this make their work difficult to see important message from CRs, community leaders, etc..
