Welcome back dear readers, this is your very own Rida Aly and not guilty to admit that I had a day full of food today. I mean, there was no pattern of breakfast, lunch and dinner. I just ate whole day today. Because my grandmother is over and she is staying with us for couple of days. So we made sure to enjoy with her to the fullest.
MORNING
I woke up pretty late today. At around 12 pm. Because I was not feeling really well. I am having throat infection kinda situation. It was worse in the morning but as the day went by it got better. I made myself tea and sandwich for breakfast.

I made egg sandwiches which are quite easy and quick to make. Here is the picture that I captured while they were in the progress.
EVENING SNACK
After completing my breakfast, I cleaned up the house and went to the market to complete some chores. On my way back I bough Okra for dinner. And also 3 dozen of Gol Gappay/ Pani Puri for evening snacking.
When I returned home my father was also back from office. I served everyone evening snacks.
My mother doesn't like Pani Puri. She is not always in for sour things. So for her I made this kabab burger for her. I had forzen kababs. I quickly fried them and made burger for her. She really likes this burger. It is very light in taste.
NIGHT
When I was done with snacking, I cut the Okra that I had brought. Me and my mother did this task together. It was a very easy and quick task.

After dinner, I cut the mangoes for the family. Because we did not have any dessert for tonight. So we enjoyed sweet mangoes after dinner. They were so yummy and fresh.
This was all about my day. I hope you guys also had a food full day today. I will see you guys in the next food diary. Till then, take care everyone!
