The Food Diary Game | Season 11 | 05/07/2022 | It’s all about Foods🥑

Hello My Foodie Friends...,

I’m going to share another of my favorite food diary with you guys today. I had some delicious foods and there were healthy too.

Breakfast 🥣🥭

This morning I made a healthy smoothie from mango and pineapple. I blended those frozen fruits with nonfat yogurt, milk and some honey.

Finally, I added some fruit pieces to my smoothie bowl.

Lunch 🍛

It's not a lunch without red rice for me. Yeah, there were potato curry, onion leaves-sparrows tempered, and fried egg. A simple lunch but so delicious.

Evening Time 🍊

Usually, I drink a cup of tea in the evening. But now I barely drink tea. Anyway, this evening we got this Pomelo from my aunt.

I peeled it and added salt, pepper, and chili powder and then, mixed all these. We feel both sweetness and sourness at the same time from this fruit. We ate half of this and yet there is so much of it.

Dinner 🥕

Who here likes to drink soup for dinner? Well, I'm! Yep, I made this creamy vegetable soup again for dinner. This time I added more vegetables and the taste was amazing!

Then, I quickly made this simple dessert. It's so simple to make too. Here, I mixed strawberry and banana pieces with yogurt and that's it. If you want you can add a little bit of honey too.
