Cause everyone has those random 🍲CURRY CRAVINGS🍲
For the past few weeks all I’ve been talking about is Indian food and curries! Literally every time my husband and I went out to eat or discussed what to have for dinner I’d always lead the conversation back to a curry 😂😂 this super random craving inspired me to create this delicious plant based green curry!!

it is SOOO yummy and most importantly... EASY! I’m even going to teach Kurtimous how to make it (yep... that’s how simple it is hahah). Here’s the recipe:
🌿1 can organic coconut cream
🌿1 tbsp green curry paste (or make your own with ground green chillies, garlic, salt, onion and curry powder)
🌿2 tsp lemon herb bone broth (optional)
🌿2 tbsp lemon juice
🌿2 tsp coconut sugar
🌿1 tsp turmeric powder
🌿1 can cannelloni beans (or chickpeas)
🌿VEGETABLES!! I literally threw in anything from the fridge. My faves in curry are snow peas, zucchini, potato, broccoli and celery weirdly enough!
🌿water, salt and pepper to taste
🌿Bay leaves (don’t eat - just for flavour)
Yumm!! I’ve been LOVING my plant based cooking lately and have created some ridiculously simple soup, stir fry and curry combos.
