Recipe and idea for a delicious lunch

Today it was my turn to cook. My family loves when I cook, because they think I'm good at it and because I'm creative because I'm always coming up with new recipes.

These are the following ingredients you need for this dish:

• chicken file (500gr)
• cheese (300gr)
• potato (500gr)
• one onion
• garlic powder
• parsley (50gr)
• pepper
• tomato sauce (500ml)

~ The first step is to pound the meat nicely so that it can be fried nicely afterwards. This step is not difficult at all, anyone can do this. ~

~ Chop the onion and let it fry until it gets a transparent color. Then you pour tomato sauce into it, put garlic in the crackle as desired and let it cook for a while. ~
