I want to ask an important question.
As of today, the wallet activity time in the #club5050 tag has increased from 7 days to 30 days (1 calendar month). Can I now start checking the wallet activity for the last 30 days when selecting 'Best SteemFoods Posts of the Day' and using the hashtag #club5050?
Most of the users who are entitled to use the #club5050 tag based on their wallet activity for the last 7 days are no longer entitled to use the #club5050 tag based on their wallet activity for the last 30 days. That's why I'm waiting for your reply on this subject and I care a lot about it.

Yes, we are switching to the one month period now.
However as #club5050 was only launched around 2 weeks ago, there will be a 2 week phase-in period for the new timescale.
During this 2 week period there will be some flexibility in balancing power-ups and cash-outs.
To make things easier, can we assume wallet transactions would be taken into account from 15 oct onwards ( almost the time when 5050club was launched). This will happen till 15 nov because it will be one month to club5050 by that time. After 15nov, you would be checking last 30 days history. Right?
Please correct me if I got it wrong.

I'm reviewing one month back every user in my community who publishes any post (150 weekly) and many of them does not qualify for #club5050 because of old withdraws. Does it mean that if the difference is low and the user don't have any liquid STEEM I can recommend them for booming anyway?

Ideally they power up any liquid STEEM or SBD they have, and even better if they buy STEEM from an exchange...
I believe the STEEM Economy will grow with the Power-up efforts carried out on a large scale and continuously, this is an effective program in my opinion. Purchasing STEEM from the exchange will have a greater impact on value growth with higher demand than sales.

Some users, on the other hand, have the right to use the #club5050 tag in their posts from 7 days to 30 days (according to a 1-month calendar) according to the wallet activity period, but they have not Power Up in the last 7 days.

As a recommendation we can fully switch on November 15th and check #club5050 hashtag based on last 7 days of activity for the moment until November 15th. If the date is clear, users will be able to balance their wallet activity until November 15 to use the #club5050 hashtag.

For users who were holding Liquid SBD and Steem even before the start of October and they powered it up completely for #club5050 making the powerup ratio way above 100%
Do these users have the same probability of getting rewards?
Every one that is meeting the one month rule for #club5050 has the same chance of getting a vote...
Since we're in the start of November and it would take time for the transition from 7 days to a month, will you still be checking PowerUps in the last 7 days?
Also, people, including me, have powered up considerably large amount of steem on the 1st. Would that be counted according to the new rule of #club5050 ?
I have high commitments as well as hopes on this platform. If you ever check my wallet transactions, you'll be able to see that the last time I cashed steem off steemit was a couple of months ago.
Now that CryptoAcademy is dormant for a couple of weeks, I will be looking for alternatives to build that steem power.
