Grocery shopping is one of my role in the family since I am the one handling the family budget. Most of the times my wife goes with me and that makes it easier for me because she knows what we need at home. Every time I go by myself I just ask her to send me a list via messenger for the things that we need.

From the coffee shop that I usually visit close to the supermarket, I went directly to the the store to met my wife. Good thing she's with me today so we could see what else do we need.

Robinson supermarket is located at Pueblo Verde, commonly calledTamiya is one of the supermarket I like to visit because most of the things I need is found in that store and the prices isn't that high compared to other grocery stores nearby.

Upon entering the store, we need to have our temperature check. Good thing they removed the contact tracing form, as for me it doesn't make any help. Most of the people going in will not write the full description of the information needed and especially doesn't put the contact number and proper address. I sometimes guilty of it.

This thermometer is located close to the entrance on the write side, near the bakery.

After having my temperature check, I met my wife @georgie84 and took a grocery basket. Our first stop is to look for a lumpia wrapper for the spring roll using the ground pork we bought 2 days ago. My wife is planning to make the spring rolls this week. We also have chayote for the chicken soup and also we have yellow squash for the mung bean soup. We don't have an exact plan on what day to use them but it depends when would Mama Betty would like to cook them.

Main grocery items
Our main purpose for grocery shopping today is to buy supplies for the barbecue party we will have tomorrow in celebration of our second wedding anniversary that would be on the 18th, Friday of this month. My wife and I choose to have the celebration with the family tomorrow because on Friday (the actual anniversary), my wife and I will go on a date.

We bought meat, ham and hotdogs, bbq sticks, paper plates, catsup, marinade powder, and a small brush to put some catsup or oil to the bbq.

My wife marinade the meat this afternoon and get things ready for tomorrow's dinner. We will see what else we would get for the celebration. Maybe an ice cream or a cold coca cola drinks.

We paid the amount of P1,345.73 pesos or roughly $27.

I think we had a good deal from pricing since we had a good quality of meat and all the items thay we bought at the supermarket.
