Hello fellow steemians of steemfoods community. It is a great privillage I have to share with everyone in this community my delicious UHA SOUP recipe which I prepared.
First and foremost I will expressed my appreciation to Okechukwu Charles @focusnow and Ngozi Enyinnaya @ngoenyi for their encouragment and immense for this community
A minimum of two thousand naira #2000:00could be used in preparing UHA SOUP depending on the number of persons eating the meal.
Ingredients required for the preparation

UHA LEAF,

UZIZA LEAF,

PEPPER,

GRAND MELON,

GRAND OGBOLOR ,

MAGGI,

SALT,

PALM OIL,

DRY FISH,

STOCKS FISH,

CRAFISH ,

ACHARA and WATER .Also cooking pot and kerosene stove or heater.
After getting these items ready then it is time to start cooking
To start with, I washed my cooking pot neatly and light up my kerosene stove. Then I will put the cooking pot on the stove already fleaming, then I will pure a cup of water into the cooking pot,

then I will Wash the stock fish and the dry fish and drop them into the pot already on fire 🔥

I will add a little pepper, salt and maggi

I will use big spoon to stire

and then I will cover the pot and allowed it to steam for about ten minutes or there about

At 10 minutes I open the pot and add palm oil

and cover the pot again. After about 2 minutes,I opened it again and add grind melon

I turned inside the pot with spoon

And added more little water

Then I covered the pot again to allow the grind melon and the recently added water to steam together with the rest ingredients already in the pot . After about three minutes I washed the Achara with water and put it inside the pot and cover

After about three minutes, I opened the pot and test soup so I added more little salt and more little oil

And I turned the soup and cover the pot, next I put my crawfish to improve the test and allowed to steam together.
Then I washed the Uha leaf and uziza leaf with clean salty water to remove dirt more easer
After washing the two leafs, I sliced them into smaller size

After slicing the leaves I put it in the pot and cover

When the soup is done I portion some of it to my self and eat.

Please fellow steemians join me in eating this African delicious food eating by the south eastern and South Southern part of Nigeria.
Thanks in advance for reading my post.
